What follows condenses the agreement you accept on opening an account. If an offer card or the full terms say something more specific, the more specific wording wins.
Who Can Register
You need to be 18 or over and allowed to gamble where you live. Each person may keep one account, in their own name and with true details, and it cannot pass to anybody else by sale, loan or gift.
The Four Welcome Codes
- CASTLE1, first deposit: a 400% match worth up to £2,000 and 200 Starburst free spins.
- CASTLE2, second deposit: a 200% match worth up to £1,000 and 150 Hook's Heroes free spins.
- CASTLE3, third deposit: a 150% match worth up to £1,000 and 100 Magic Portals free spins.
- CASTLE4, fourth deposit: a 100% match worth up to £1,000 and 100 Gonzo's Quest free spins.
A code needs a deposit of £20 or more and can be redeemed a single time.
When Bonus Money Becomes Cash
Bonus money turns withdrawable after it has been wagered 30 times, and the multiple is counted on the bonus rather than the deposit. Slot stakes count in full and table stakes count partially. Until the bonus is cleared, no single stake may be worth more than 10 euros in pounds. Progressive-jackpot games are closed to bonus funds, and bonus credits left unused lapse after 30 days.
Paying In and Taking Out
A deposit has to be played through once before it can be withdrawn. Withdrawals start at £20 and are paid back to the method that funded them.
Proving Your Identity
We can request an identity document, proof of address dated within the last 3 months and evidence that the payment method is yours. A phone call to your registered number may complete the check.
Licensing and Revisions
Our licence is a Curaçao master licence. It does not come from the UK Gambling Commission, and we take no part in GAMSTOP. Offers and rules can be revised, and each offer is governed by the wording live at the moment you claim it.
